WHAT IS DOES IT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS LABELLED “BESPOKE”?

“Bespoke” is a term that is used by International Dance Shoes, and it specifically refers to any branded products that are personalized or custom made. If you are interested in purchasing a product that has the word “Bespoke” anywhere in the product description, then please be advised that it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you receive your purchase from TEDI and decide that you would like to return any of your products, then please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for more details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the nature of some of our products, including many of the customizable features that we currently provide, all of our items may not be in stock or may have to be custom made. If that is the case, products will be shipping directly from the manufacturers to your front door. If the manufacturers happen to be situated overseas, import taxes and/or duties will be covered by TEDI on shipments to the U.S. and Canada. If any items are ever shipped to a location outside of the U.S. and Canada, you will be responsible for paying any import taxes and additional shipping charges that may arise. 

All International Dance Shoes products will be shipped from the United Kingdom unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Once your products are ordered through our website, please allow 5-10 business days for made to order products to be shipped, 1-3 business days for in stock products to be shipped, and about 1-3 business days for your products to be delivered.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE PRODUCT I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE IS IN STOCK OR MADE TO ORDER?

All products made by International Dance Shoes are made in the U.K. If you would like to know whether the product that you are interested is in stock in the U.K. or made to order in the U.K., please see the item's product description on its respective product page. Made to order products are typically shipped out 5-10 business days from the date of purchase, whereas those listed as being in stock typically ship out within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I EXPERIENCE A MANUFACTURING DEFECT WITH ANY OF MY PRODUCTS?

TEDI is committed to selling products of the highest quality that are curated by the leading professional ballroom and Latin dance companies in the world. That being said, upon very rare occasions, a customer may come into contact with a defective product. If you experience an issue that you believe falls into this respective category, then please contact one of our team members at info@theequaldanceinitiative.com. We will be happy to review your case, and, if applicable, provide you free return shipping, a free product replacement, and free delivery of the new product. It is also important to note that in order to qualify for a free product replacement, defective products have to be reported to TEDI within one year of the date of purchase. Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy for more information about processing a claim.

ARE THERE ANY APPLICABLE DUTIES ON MY PURCHASES?

As a North American company, our goal is to have as many products in stock as possible. However, because of all of the customizable products that the brands we work with provide, we may have them custom made and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If the manufacturers happen to be situated overseas, import taxes and/or duties will be covered by TEDI on shipments to the U.S. and Canada. If any items are ever shipped to a location outside the U.S. and Canada, you will be responsible for paying any import taxes and/or additional shipping charges that may arise.
